Fujisan plays with two essential elements of anniversaries: the candle and chocolate cake. The idea is to revisit the chocolate fondant using the candle to get the hot core and basis of the cake.Planted in a chocolate biscuit, the candle melts slowly flowing the coating then fills the “crater” of the cake. Thus, the time of a song, the flux is preparing before our eyes.
